Ojude Oba, literally “King’s Forecourt,” is a 200+ year-old festival honoring tradition, religion, and Ijebu unity. It has grown from a Muslim homage to a global cultural phenomenon and now serves as a platform for diplomacy, creativity, fashion, and identity . It’s a bold celebration of resilience; last year, survivor Farooq “Mr Steeze” Oreagba stole hearts, and this year promises even deeper narratives
